I want to be a tutor because tutors helped me through high school. I could not have passed algebra or chemistry if it were not for the help of tutors. Now that I am studying to be a teacher, I want to provide that same help to other students who need it. I scored a 35 (out of 36) on the English portion of the ACT, I have completed College Composition 101 and 102, and I am currently enrolled in education courses that are teaching me how to teach others.
